Job Description

Copy-writing and translation:

  • Draft and edit content across communications channels: social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram), press materials (e.g. news release, company background, fact sheet, newsletter)
  • Translate communications materials (English to Traditional Chinese and vice visa)

 

Research:

  • Monitor and analyse sentiment and discussion online and on digital space
  • Generate reports on top issues and industry trends

 

Media / influencers relations:

  • Build and maintain media, key opinion leaders and influencers database

 

Other Administration Tasks:

 

  • Develop quantitative and qualitative reports
  • Admin work: Filing and archiving
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings
  • Handle office and event logistics
Skills & Requirements
  • University degree in any discipline. Major in Communications or related discipline is a plus
  • Experience with digital/ social media platforms such as Facebook/Instagram is preferred
  • Prior experience working as a Public Relations, Communications or Digital intern is preferred
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written English and Chinese
  • Ability to work independently, in a team and under pressure
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written
  • Multimedia literacy
