Responsibilities:

* Assis in monitoring and coordinating IT service projects;

* Collect user requirements and prepare specification documentation;

* Coordinate with internal department & external vendors to manage and deliver successful technical solutions;

* Maintain daily task operation and service support / ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

* Degree in IT or BA or relevant disciplines

* Working experience in IT project would be an advantage

* Knowledge in system development life cycle, data flow and UAT process

* Willing to learn and able to face challenges

* Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills

* Able to work under pressure and work effectively in fast pace environment

* Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
