We are a digital native business consultancy looking for a seasoned Digital Account Director to help us build and expand our business who values flatter and more flexible boutique working environment.
How you can contribute
- Lead/support pitch/proposal development
- Responsible for account-level P&L
- Manage and mentor a team account managers
- Enrich company workflow and process
- Strengthen company’s offering in creative, data and marketing technology
- Serve as a billable consultant on strategy only or consulting assignments
- Lead and build relationship with client’s PIC
- Anticipate and mitigate client’s problems with your team
- Achieve client’s KPIs through the application of creativity, data insight and applicable marketing technology.
- Plan and manage the implementation of digital marketing executions across channels such as display ad, social media ad/post, paid search, SEO, eCommerce website, email automation
- Manage outsourcing partners in the production of digital marketing deliverables
- Balancing multiple projects and deadlines
Who you are
- A digital native
- Curious with strong buisness sense
- Experience managing interantional accounts/clients
- 4As or management consultancy experience is appreciated
- Minimum 5-year working experience in Digital Marketing or related fields
- Thorough understanding of the strategic importance and executional know-how of various digital marketing channels across Paid, Owned and Earned.
- A coach who can bring less experienced team members together.
- Good with words and not afraid of numbers.
- Native English/Cantonese, fluency in Mandarin is a plus
