  • Serve as one of the main point of contact to customer account management matters
  • Assist in the entire process, including presentation/demonstration of product, answer customer questions and assist in closing
  • Provide demonstration of product in-person and online
  • Provide regular leads and client updates to management
  • Engage potential clients and hold a conversation on digital and e-commerce topics during our Shopify community events that target local small businesses
  • Provide pre-event marketing support, analysis/categorization of leads and call reminders to ensure enough leads attend
  • Perform post-event follow up calls to leads that attend our Shopify events


 Job requirements

  • Proactive, outgoing, sociable and not afraid to take initiative to interact with leads and clients
  • A proactive problem solver – asking and answering the right questions. Google to find solutions
  • Able to work independently, well organized and detail minded
  • Self-motivated, has ownership over tasks assigned
  • Fluent in both written & spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a plus
  • 1 to 3 years of working experience in the E-Commerce, Business Development and/or Sales
  • University degree in related discipline

Interview process

  • 15-20 minutes of online interview on personal introduction and company understanding
  • 2-3 rounds of online interview to get to know the team and management
