Red Sauce Hospitality is family-owned and wholeheartedly dedicated to serving authentic Italian-American food and hospitality. Founded by Todd Darling, the pioneering company has been serving exceptional cuisine, which pays homage to New York’s 19th and 20th century Italian immigrant culture, in Hong Kong since 2009.
Red Sauce Hospitality currently owns and operates three brands: Posto Pubblico, Hong Kong’s original farm-to-table New York-Italian red sauce restaurant; Fini’s, a New York-style pizzeria and pasta restaurant supported by classic Italian-inspired cocktails, wine by the carafe and a Motown soundtrack; and Frank’s Italian American, a gutsy red sauce bar and restaurant spanning a rare two stories at the lively junction of Wyndham Street, Arbuthnot Road and Hollywood Road.
Each Red Sauce Hospitality kitchen utilizes local organic ingredients and produce to recreate dishes rooted in authentic Italian cuisine, simultaneously delivering nostalgic comfort and bold innovation through a flawless offering and personal style of service.
